Hot Stone Therapy: Both deeply relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Both the heat and weight of the stones help loosen tight muscles and soothes trigger points in the body.

Cold Stone Therapy: Emphasis is on fluid drainage and reducing areas of inflammation or acute injury. Ice can desensitize the skin, but marble stone does not, therefore when used in conjunction with soft tissue manipulation (massage therapy) and mobilization techniques, the client will never be taken beyond their pain tolerance level.
