We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. With adequate notice, there is no charge to cancel or reschedule.

We also understand that things happen. A first late cancellation or missed appointment will ordinarily be forgiven. After that, a charge may apply to cover the therapist’s time that was reserved for you. Any outstanding charge must be resolved before another appointment can be scheduled.

Emergencies are different. If something unexpected happens, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We handle genuine emergencies individually and with common sense.

Group & Block Reservations

Appointments that reserve multiple therapists or several consecutive appointment times require a deposit. The deposit is applied toward the cost of the scheduled services and helps protect the therapists whose time has been reserved specifically for your group.

If you reduce or change the reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice, the appropriate portion of the deposit may be refunded or credited. With less than 24 hours’ notice, part of the reservation payment may be retained to cover the therapists’ reserved time.
